Personal Notes:
Sam always told me he was given this barbecue sauce by an old black man .... on condition he did not tell anyone else. Well, Sam kept his word - I just watched him make it over 20 years or so, whenever he was barbecuing meat. It is good on beef, chicken, pork, sauages - any meat. Several Kopecky family members have asked me for it over the years, so here it is!
