1 lb. Italian sausage links cut into 1"slices OR kielbasa
1 large onion,chopped
2 apples peeled and quartered
1 (27 oz can sauerkraut undrained
1 c. water
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons caraway seed

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet,cook sausage and onion until sausage is brown and onion is tender; drain. Stir in apples,sauerkraut undrained,water, brown sugar and caraway seed, Transfer to 21/2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350º
for 1 hour.
