6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced (Can use a Russet)
salt
1/2 cup onions, chopped (sweet yellow)
1 1/2 ground hamburger meat, browned
3 TBSP butter or margarine
Pepper, to season

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes into 2 quart pan. Cover with water, add salt to taste and cook until tender. Add onions, browned hamburger meat and butter. Season with pepper. Simmer for about 20 minutes and serve.
