4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Italian salad dressing
2 medium avocados, peeled and sliced
fresh pico de gallo (We use the HEB pico.)
provolone or swiss cheese
8 leaves of lettuce
2 packages of King's Hawaiian Sandwich Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Slice each chicken breast lengthwise and place in plastic container.
Add Italian dressing to chicken and refrigerate overnight.
Grill chicken until completely cooked, yet moist. Add cheese.
Toast the buns and place chicken on top of buns.
Top with pico, avocado slices, and lettuce.
Serve with regular or sweet potato fries and a salad.
