Ingredients:  
1 lb. fresh scallops or medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 T Olive Oil
1 stick unsalted butter
1 T garlic, minced
4 scallions (green onions) finely chop the white portion to add to the dish, and the green portion for garnish
1/4 cup white wine
1 lb. of pasta (we like linguine)

Directions:

In large skillet heat olive oil and melt butter
Add garlic and white portion of scallions
Sauté for 1 minute
Add sea food and sauté for 2 minutes until firm
Add white wine and heat for 1 minute

serve over cooked pasta

Whenever we would go scalloping, this was our favorite recipe to cook after a long day on the boat!

It only takes about 30 minutes to cook and is so fresh and good.
