3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs unbeaten
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars, sift dry ingredients together, and add.
Refrigerate 2 hours. Wrap a mint wafer with dough, place a walnut half on top and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375º.
