1/2 c. Scalded Milk
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Butter
1 pkg. Yeast
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 c. Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar, butter and let cool to lukewarm. Add yeast and rest of ingredients, stir until smooth. Roll on floured surface into oblong shape. Spread with cinnamon and fruit if desired. Roll jelly-roll fashion and form into a ring on a greased pan. Cut almost through ring at 1 inch intervals and turn each slice on side. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Bake in 375º oven for 20-25 minutes. Frost while warm and decorate with nuts or fruit.
