1 lb diced pork
*lean cuts do not work as well
6 Tbsp chopped onions - optional
1 clove garlic
1 tsp ground ginger powder or 1 large sliced fresh ginger root
1 teacup sweet soy sauce
Pepper and salt to taste
Butter or oil
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter or oil and brown pork in pan.
2. Add onions, Sweet Soy Sauce, Ginger and Garlic
3. Reduce to a simmer. Cook until pork is tender - 2 to 3 hours
4. Serve over rice
Serves 4-6 people
