2 - 16 oz. containers sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 - 3 oz. bags real bacon bits
2 pkg. ranch dip mix
1 lg. bag frozen hash brown potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, then mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 400º for 45-60 mins.

I divided the potato mixture into 3 small 7x7 disposable foil pans and froze them. I wrapped them with plastic wrap and then foil. Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator before cooking.
