1 1/2 - 2 cups of fresh lima beans or 10 oz. frozen
4 -5 ears of corn
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fresh Lima's covered in a small amount of salted water, just enough to prevent sticking, for about 20 minutes or until just tender. If using frozen Lima's, cook according to package directions. Cut corn kernels off cobs and scrape liquid from the cob with the dull edge of a knife. Add corn with liquid to lima beans and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add cream, butter, salt, and pepper to taste and heat through.
