1 CUP FLOUR, UNSIFTED
1 TBSP. SUGAR
½ TSP. SALT
½ CUP SALAD OIL
1TBSP. MILK
Blend together with a fork. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 F oven. Let cool.
FILLING:
Fill the pie shell with 3 cups fresh fruit (raspberries, strawberries, peaches).

GLAZE:
1 CUP WATER
1 CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP. CORNSTARCH
1 – 85 G. PKG. FRUIT FLAVORED JELLY POWDER

Filling:
Combine and bring to a boil. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour glaze slowly and carefully over fruit in pie shell. Chill.

(I especially enjoy this pie with raspberries). You can change the flavor by using different flavors of jelly powders.
