1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt ( I don't put this in)
1/2 tsp paprika
dash ground pepper
5 3/4 inch veal loin chops(or pork tenderloin cutlets or chicken breasts)
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp olive oil
5 thin slices mozzarella cheese( or any cheese)
18oz. can (1 cup) seasoned tomato sauce
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp. crushed oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, paprika, and pepper. Dip chops in egg, then crumb mixture. Brown in hot olive oil. Place cheese on top of the meat.
Mix tomato sauce & garlic. Pour over the meat, sprinkle with oregano (Italian seasoning works well also).

Cover, simmer for 50 minutes or until the meat is done -- add a tablespoon of water, if needed
