1 head Cauliflower florets (8 cups)
2 Tbsp. oil (olive or canola)
1 tsp marjoram, dried
1/4 tsp. salt
ground pepper
2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Parmesan, finely shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix together cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt and pepper. Place on large rimmed baking sheet and bake until starting to soften and brown on bottom, about 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from over, toss with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to over and roast until cheese is melted and moisture evaporated, about 5 - 10 minutes more.
