2 cups Leftover Roast Beef, cut into ½ cubes
2 cups Diced Onion
2 cups Diced Potatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
½ stick Butter
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Cook onion in butter until translucent. Add potatoes and cook until tender. Add roast beef and enough water to hold ingredients together. Let simmer uncovered until brown. Turn and brown other side.

This is a great use of leftover roast beef. Add some frozen peas if you like.
