4 Cups of Filtered Water
1 Cup of Elderberries
1/4 cup of dried Echinacea
1 inch of Ginger
2 Cinnamon Sticks
6 Cloves (Optional)
Up to one cup of Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except honey, in a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer for 45 minutes.
Strain.
Cool.
Add Honey to taste.
Store in airtight jar & refrigerate, up to 2 months.
