16 oz. bag Ziti pasta
Cooked chicken (cubed) - I like to use a Rotisserie chicken to save a step
One batch Alfredo Sauce (see my recipe for Fetuccini Alfredo in this cookbook
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Grated Mozarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ziti in salted, boiling water until done. Drain and rinse. Coat with prepared Alfredo sauce and add as much chicken as desired. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

In a buttered casserole dish, pour half the ziti mixture, cover with grated cheeses. Top with rest of ziti and sprinkle top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350º until bubbly hot. Makes a generous amount
