2 lb. halibut steak, 1 1/2" thick
1/2 c. chopped green onion with tops
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of dill weed
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put fish in buttered baking dish. Combine all ingredients except cheese; pour over fish. Bake at 350º F for 20-25 minutes or until fish is done (flaky).

Sprinkle cheese over the top. Put pan under the broiler just long enough to brown the cheese.
