Mix together and bake 20-25 min. in 9x13 pan:
1 stick margarine or butter
1 c. flour
chopped nuts (your choice)

Beat:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. pwrd. sugar
1 small cool whip (I use whipped cream)

Mix:
3 c. milk
2 small pkgs. chocolate pudding

More cool whip, or whipped cream for top layer.

Directions:

Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled crust. Then chocolate pudding, then spread with cool whip (or whipped cream) and finally top with chopped nuts. Refrigerate before serving.
