"Mocha Cocoa"
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

"Truffle":
4 c. milk
6 oz. dark baking chocolate, chopped
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. instant espresso powder
1 tsp. vanilla
(Peppermint) whipped topping [See Hot Chocolate II]

Directions:
Directions:
"Mocha Cocoa": Heat all ingredients in small saucepan and whisk until steaming. Strain and pour into 2 mugs.

"Truffle": In large saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until bubbles form around sides of pan (do not boil). Remove from heat. Mix in chocolate, brown sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla until smooth. Return to heat; cook and stir until heated through. Pour into 4 mugs and serve with whipped topping.
