CAKE LAYER
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c butter, melted
FILLING LAYER
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz box of confectioner's sugar
1/2 c butter, melted
TOPPING
1 c chocolate chips
1 c chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease 9X13 baking pan. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, egg and butter. Mix well. Pat into prepared pan and set aside. Still using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add eggs and vanilla. Dump in confectioner's sugar and beat well, reduce speed of mixer and slowly pour in butter. Mix well. Pour filling onto cake mix layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle choc chips and nuts on top of filling. Bake for 40-50 minutes. The center will be a little gooey.
