BOTTOM LAYER
1 1/2 c milk chocolate chips
1/4 c peanut butter
NOUGAT LAYER
1/4 c unsalted butter
1 c sugar
1/4 c evaporated milk
1 1\2 c marshmallow fluff
1 1/2 c peanut butter
1 1/2 c salted peanuts, roughly chopped
1 tsp vanilla
CARAMEL LAYER
14 oz bag of caramels
1/4 c heavy whipping cream
TOP LAYER
1 1/4 c milk choc chips
1/5 c peanut butter

Directions:
line a 9X13 pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. BOTTOM: melt choc chips and peanut butter in a bowl in microwave, stirring every 15-30 seconds to keep chocolate from burning. Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan. Set in fridge, while preparing next layer. NOUGAT: melt the butter over medium-high heat in saucepan. Add the milk and sugar and bring mixture to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. Add in marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and vanilla stirring until smooth. Take the saucepan off the heat and fold in peanuts. Pour over cooled chocolate layer and spread evenly. Return to fridge. CARAMEL: melt caramels and whipping cream in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Pour over the cooled nougat layer and return to fridge to cool completely. TOP: melt chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave stirring every 15 seconds until smooth. Pour over cooled caramel layer and spread evenly. Cool completely in fridge. Store in fridge.
