Trimmed Brisket
Fresh garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper
Sliced onion
Bay Leaves
Oregano
2 cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Slit holes in the brisket and insert the whole garlic cloves throughout the brisket. Season the brisket with salt, pepper & oregano. Put brisket in a cooking bag. Add 2 cans of tomato sauce, sliced onions & bay leaves to bag. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until done and tender.
