1 pkg wonton wraps
1 pound sausage cooked & drained
2 C shredded cheese
1/2 C green pepper
1/2 C red onion
2 bunches green onions sliced
1/4-1/2 C ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
lightly grease mini muffin tins, cut wonton wraps into fourths. Press each wrap in muffin tins allowing to flare out will need to have some folds with 4 corner points flaring out. Bake 350º about 5 minutes until very light brown. Combine all remaining ingredients. Fill each wonton cup with sausage mixture then either freeze to have later,but can bake on cookie sheet 6-7 minutes and serve now.

I always make these ahead and freeze them put on cookie sheet and bake 7-8 minutes until hot.
This is handy to just bake however many you want at anytime.
