1 dozen eggs
2 pounds of powdered sugar
1/2 pound brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cream of Tarter

Brandy or Rum
Nutmeg or Cinammon

Directions:
Directions:
Separate 1 dozen eggs. Beat the egg whites with mixer till quite stiff. Beat the egg yolks. Fold together and then add the rest of the ingredients. Store in fridge in a contained.

Use 1-2 Tbls of mixture to a mug. Fill with hot water and 1 shot of Rum or Brandy, whichever you perfer. I like Rum. Sprinkle Nutmeg or cinammon on top. Good holiday drink. We always had at Christmas.
