Crusts of bread or ends of loaves etc. - as many as amount of croutons you want to bake
Seasoning salt - Lawreys or No name
Garlic powder (optional)
Other seasonings - depending on flavor you wish to make
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into 1/2 - 3/4 inch cubes - as for bread dressing.
I save crusts & freeze and also the last of a loaf of bread - whatever you have.
Spray the bread crumbs with cooking oil, so seasoning will stick.
I put the bread cubes back into a bread bag, about 3 cups at a time and season to taste, shaking well to distribute the seasoning. Repeat and spread in single layer of cookie sheet.
Bake at 225 º F, stirring every 10 - 15 minutes for about 40 minutes. Turn the oven off and let sit in warm oven till very dry.
Store cooled croutons in airtight container.
