1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Juice of 1 lime
4 (4oz) tilapia fillets
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 teaspoons coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat the butter until it starts to foam up and fizz. Swirl the saucepan until tiny brown specks form and the butter smells nutty, about 1 minute.

2. Remove from the heat, and set aside.

3. In a blender, puree the dill and lime juice until a paste forms.

4. Slowly pour the brown butter into the blender while it is running until an emulsified sauce forms and all the butter is used.

5. Rinse the tilapia fillets, and pat them dry with paper towels.

6. Season the fish lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.

7. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the coconut oil.

8. Brown the fish on both sides, turning once, for about 10 minutes total.

9. Serve the fish with the brown butter sauce immediately.
