2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 t Cream of tartar
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t vanilla bean paste (or 1/4 t liquid)
1/4 t ground cardamon
3/4 c chocolate chips or
3/4 c toast pecans or
1/4 c dried cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Add cream of tartar, sugar, cardamon and vanilla to stiffly beaten egg whites and beat again until sugar is dissolved and stiff peaks
Add chips, pecans and/or cherries

Can't remember exactly how I baked them
I think preheat oven to 200-250*

Then turn off and leave in oven 8 hrs or overnight.
