1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon course black pepper
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into large cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients in bowl; add cubed meat to marinate; cover with plastic wrap. Place into refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Grill on skewers until meat is done as desired. I do separate skewers for veggies so I can control the level of crispness of each kind of vegetable.
