Flank Steak or Flat-iron Steak, scored cross-wise
2 T. chili Powder

For sauce:
I pint heavy whipping cream
1 pasilla or poblano chili fresh sautéed
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1-3 dried ancho chiles, remove as many seeds as possible while dry

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce ingredients can be made and stored in blender in advance. Simmer dried chiles until soft. Drain. Puree in blender. Add chopped cilantro and cream. Add salt/pepper to taste. When ready to cook, simmer until thickened. Sauce is also great over grilled chicken!

Rub flank steak with olive oil and chili powder. Grill on very hot grill and slice across the grain. Top with the ancho sauce.
