1 lb. button mushrooms.
4 oz. prosciutto ham
4 oz. parmesan cheese shredded
3 oz. unsalted stick butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and take out stem - save for something else
Put prosciutto in the food processor and chop fine
Add cheese into the processor and mix in
Add butter and mix to thick paste.

Stuff mushrooms with a small ball of mixture. Cook in preheated oven to 350 and then cook for about 15 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown. Mixture can be frozen. I always make a lot and freeze.
