8 bone-in chicken thighs
2 large sweet onions
1 box chicken stock
1 T. dried tarragon, double if fresh
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. dry white wine
2 cartons whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken thighs in pan. Add sliced onions to brown. Add chicken and stock. Cook about 45 minutes. Add cream and add flour to thicken if needed. Add mustard, wine and herbs. Serve with rice.
