Three cans 12 oz. can Solo filling - usually do apricot, prune and cherry
1 T. milk
1 ½ c. all purpose flour
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. (2 sticks) salted butter
½ t. baking powder
One egg yolk
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and butter to room temperature. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter with cream cheese, milk and sugar. Add beaten egg yolk.
Sift flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Chill for several hours or can be frozen at this point. Roll out to 1/8” or ¼” thick as desired and cut into 2” rounds. Add less than 1 tsp. filling into thumb depression of cookie. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes until slightly brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool just before serving.
