Personal Notes:
Grandpa liked SOS for breakfast from the Marine Corps. SOS stood for 'A bad word beginning with the letter S on a Shingle". It was pretty delicious served on a slice of toast. We cleaned it up a bit and spiced it up a bit from Grandma's recipe with our Sante Fe version. It was the Saturday of Balloon Fiesta tailgate breakfast of choice for many years.
