Personal Notes:
Fondue and Raclette was something we brought up skiing. It tasted terrific after a day on the slopes. We usually added a chocolate fondue made with Toberlone chocolate bars and whipping cream for dessert. Fondue and Raclette were also favorites for us on New Years Eve and Christmas Eve.
