1 pint sour cream
1 small can of shrimp (now I use thawed frozen shrimp)
1 T. mayo
Fresh lemon juice to taste
3-4 chopped scallions
Dash hot sauce

Add enough shrimp to make it a chunky dip. Mix and chill. Garnish with scallion greens. Serve with buttery crackers.
