1 plain yellow cake mix
1 pkg. small vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup nuts
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup oil
1/2 cup dark rum

Glaze:
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 to 3/4 cup dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a bundt cake pan or 10 inch tube pan. Pour nuts in bottom of pan. Put cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil in a bowl and for 4 minutes. Stir in rum and pour over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cool and invert on to serving plate and prick small holes on top of cake. Spoon glaze over cake slowly and allow to absorb.

Glaze: Melt butter in sauce pan. Add water and sugar, boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in rum and spoon over cake.
