16 oz sliced Kielbasa or Italian Sausage
1 Can Cannellini Beans (or beans of choice, drained and rinsed)
1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (DO NOT DRAIN!)
8 oz. cooked Penne Pasta
3 cups loosely packed chopped Swiss Chard or Baby Spinach
1 qt. Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sliced sausage over medium heat until cooked or heated through in 3 tbls. Olive Oil.
Add broth, beans and tomatoes until it simmers when stirred, add pasta and spinach and bring back to simmer. Turn off heat and serve, sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired. Great with crusty bread or rolls.

Quick, nutritious, and a favorite of Duane's.

This is great when you need a meal in a hurry, most of these ingredients can be kept on hand in the pantry, all of them if you use half a box of frozen spinach squeezed dry. Even better leftover.
