Blend
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbs cornstarch
1 9 oz can crushed pineapple
Stirring constantly over low heat till clear and thick - cool!
Blend:
1/2 lb cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teas vanilla.
Spread:
Cooled pineapple mixture in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Pour in cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle pecans over top.
Bake 400 degrees 10 minutes
Bake 325 degrees 50 minutes
