Cream together:

2 Cups Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Brown Sugar

Add:

4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla

Mix together in a separate bowl:

4 Cups Flour
5 Cups *Oatmeal
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients above and add 24 ounces of chocolate chips and 3 cups of chopped walnuts.

Shape each cookie about the size of a golf ball, (or a little larger). Bake on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 2" apart. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes, (a little longer if made larger). DO NOT OVER-BAKE...


*Put small amounts of oatmeal in a blender and blend until it turns into powder. Measure out 5 cups of oatmeal, and then blend oatmeal. Do not measure out 5 cups that has been blended.
