3 cups marinara (Ragu w/meat sauce)
14.5 oz diced tomatoes (Italian recipe)
3/4 cup water (1 cup)
1 cup long grain white rice (1 cup Basmati)
26 oz. bag frozen Italian style Meatballs, unthawed
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Stir marinara sauce, tomatoes, water and rice together in deep 9"X13" casserole dish. Stir in Meatballs. Cover tightly and bake 60-75 (75) minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over casserole. Return to oven, uncovered, for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
