4 T butter, melted
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 cups oats
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 cup chopped apples

Directions:

n a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.
Spoon into a greased 9x9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
