3 chicken breast, cubed
2 cups Swanson's chicken broth
2 cups instant white rice
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup butter, sliced into pats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease the sides and bottom of a casserole dish with butter. Stir in chicken, chicken broth, rice, and soups into the casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange butter evenly over the top of the mixture. Bake approx. 1 hour or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through. Mixture consistency should hold together when its done. Cool 15 mins before serving.
