8 ounces fettuccine
1 pound med shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick of butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, but do not rinse. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over med high heat. Add garlic, oregano, and red pepper. Cook about 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and cook until pink, stirring occasionally. Do not over cook shrimp. Remove from pan and set aside. Melt remaining 6 Tbsp butter in the skillet. Stir in cooked pasta, spinach, and Parmesan. Cook until spinach begins to wilt. Stir in shrimp. Serve immediately. Garnish with parsley.
