1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
3/4 tsp ground cumin, divided
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 lb uncooked boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cups pineapple, diced
1 avocado, diced
2 Tbsp chopped red onion
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine juices, cilantro, oil, 1/4 tsp cumin, and salt. Remove 5 Tbsp juice and place in ziplock gallon size bag. Set bowl with remaining juice aside. Add garlic, and remaining 1/2 tsp cumin, and chicken to bag. Toss to coat and refrigerate 30 mins, up to several hours. Meanwhile, make salsa by adding pineapple, avocado, and onion to bowl with remaining juice mixture.Toss gently to coat and refrigerate. Remove chicken from bag and grill until chicken is cooked through. Transfer chicken to plate and top with salsa.
