1 TBSP oil to lubricate pan
1 LB Spicy ground sausage
1 8oz block cream cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large fry pan over medium-high heat.
Brown sausage. Drain and return to pan. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream cheese and melt, stirring frequently. Once melted, stir in Rotel. (Do not drain before adding). Bring back up to heat.
Serve warm.

Works best with Scoops style tortilla chips, but anything crunchy would work. I sometimes just use celery if I don't want the grains.
This keeps very well in a crock or over a warmer for parties.
