1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 15-ounce can mandarin oranges (not drained)
1 12-ounce tub Cool Whip
1 3-ounce package vanilla pudding mix
1 15-ounce can sweetened crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix, eggs and mandarin oranges.
2. Bake at 350ºF about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
3. Once cake cools, mix together Cool Whip, pudding mix and pineapple. Spread cake.
