2 egg yolks (save whites)
1½ c sugar
½ c shortening
2 c flour
1 c sour milk (1 t baking powder, 1 T soda dissolved in milk)
2 bananas, crushed

Beat above until well mixed then add: 1 c nuts (pecan, walnut, etc.) egg whites beaten stiff

Bake in moderate oven 25-30 min. until done. Frost with peanut butter frosting.
