2 packages instant pistachio pudding
1-1/2 cups milk
1 quart ice cream; softened
CRUST:
32 Ritz crackers; crushed
6 tablespoons butter; melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine these two and reserve one cup.
Line a 9x13 pan with the rest of the crumbs to make a crust.

Pour pudding mixture over the crumbs and chill. Spread cool whip over all and sprinkle with the reserved crumbs after it's chilled.
