1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
40 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture and blend well.
Preheat oven to 375º
Shape dough into 1" balls and place in ungreased mini muffin tins (may use mini liners).

Bake 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie until even with the surface. Cool before storing in an airtight container.
