3 cups Strawberries - huled & halved
3 Tbls White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp pure Cane Sugar
1 tsp Dijon Musturd
1 tsp Poppy Seeds
4 - 1/2 inch sliced peeled & cored Pinapple
1 - 6oz fresh Baby Spinach
1 cup fresh or frozen Edamame, cooked according to package
1 cup Asparagus - cut into 1 inch pieces, balanced.
1/4 cup - 1/2 inch piepes of fresh Chives
1/4 cup sliced Almonds, toasted

For dressing, in a blender or food processor, combine 1 cup of the strawberries, vinegar, sugar & mustard. Cover & blend or process until smooth
(Option - you can use store bought Honey-Mustard dressing)

Grill pineapple, cover, over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes or until grill marks appear, terming once. Cool, cut into bite-size pieces

In an extra-large bowl, combine the remaining strawberries, pineapple, spinach, edamame & chives.
Drizzle with dressing, toss & top with almonds
